You may exchange any product purchased from any Revolt Merch store by following the instructions below.

Orders made during the holiday season between November 20th - December 31st may take an additional 2-7 business days to process (view FAQ page for more information on Shipping & Delivery).

We will provide a paid return label is product is damaged, defective, or incorrect within 30 days of delivery.  If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us a photo of your issue to with your order number or by replying to your order, shipment, or delivery confirmation email.

For example, if your item is the wrong size, please take a photo of the item and tag sizing.

All returns or exchanges must not be worn, washed, or appear damaged by the customer.  Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department before returning.

Please include a note in your return package with the following necessary information:

  • Items you want exchanged or refunded
  • Shipping address, if different than the original.
  • Your order number.
  • If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.

We are not responsible for packages not received.  Please ship returns or exchange to us through a traceable courier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc.).

Shipping is NOT refundable.

Once your return shipment is delivered to our processing facility, we will contact you to confirm we have processed your shipment.  All returns will be processed for the full amount of the item(s) MINUS shipping fees to the payment method used for the order.

Returns and exchanges will take 4-10 business days to process.
